Returns and Exchanges Policy 

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns or exchanges may be subject to inspection before approval. 

2. Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. After this period, we may not be able to process your request. 

3. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service (info@safesleepsimulation.com) team to obtain instructions for returning the item. 

4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days. 

5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different skin tone please contact our customer service team (info@safesleepsimulation.com) to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered instead. 

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. 

Photos of the damaged or defective item may be required to process your request. 

7. Final Sale Items: Certain items may be designated as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase. 

8. Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update our returns and exchanges policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website.
