Shipping and Fulfillment Policy 

1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of payment or purchase order. 

2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard ground shipping. Other shipping methods including expedited and express delivery are available at an additional cost. Shipping options may vary depending on the destination. 

3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, the shipping method selected, and the destination address. Customers can view shipping costs at checkout before finalizing their order. Local orders can request in-person pickup at no charge.  

4. Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Please note that delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. 

5. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you can request shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to track the progress of your package as it makes its way to you. 

6. International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.  

7. Order Modifications: Once an order has been placed, modifications (such as changes to the shipping address or shipping method) may not be possible. Please ensure that all order details are correct before finalizing your purchase. 

8. Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our returns and exchanges policy for information on returning items after they have been received. 

9. Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
