•Placing an order is simple. If you plan to pay with card, visit the “Shop” tab on the Safe Sleep Simulation website. For payment, select “online payment” and enter card information.
•If you would prefer to receive an invoice to utilize a purchase order or pay by check, visit the “Shop” tab on the Safe Sleep Simulation website. For payment select “offline payment” and we will generate an invoice to send. Once you receive the invoice you may proceed with sending your PO or check.
•Once an order is placed through our website, a member of the Safe Sleep Simulation team will reach out to you regarding your order. Depending on how you choose to pay, we will be reaching out with an invoice (offline payments) or to let you know your kit has shipped (online payment).
•Once your kit(s) ships, you receive the tracking number via email. If you would like to confirm your order details, please reach out to our team at info@safesleepsimulation.com.
• Safe Sleep Simulation accepts checks, purchase orders, and credit card (via phone and website).
•Depending on payment method, you will receive your kit within 1-2 weeks of ordering your kit(s). Offline payments will get sent their invoices 1-2 days after order submission.

• The Safe Sleep Simulation Kits include a 3D infant simulation model with removable airway, 5 licenses to the mobile application, a carrying case, and an instruction for use.
•All infant models are one size - approximately 14 inches long and weigh about 5 pounds, however, we have 5 inclusive skin tones to choose from.
